Healthy eating
The Secret of Childhood Montessori School supports healthy eating. In the morning from 8 to 10:30 our fruit buffet is open for the children to help themselves with a variety of fruits, such as apple, banana, kiwi, nectarine, melon etc. At 11 am students and teachers sit together to enjoy our 3-course hot lunch, practicing conversation and good manners. The hot lunches are delivered by our caterer. In the afternoon, around 3 pm, fruits and snacks are served. For children who stay for the after-school workshop until 6 pm, a light snack is provided at 5 pm. The weekly menus are posted for parents to see. We accommodate special diets and allergies.
