The school
The Secret of Childhood Montessori School was founded in 2016 by Guadalupe Torrevillas (directrice and 3-6 Montessori educator) and Geir Braathen (administrator). It is owned by a limited company named Éducation Montessori Terre Sainte Sàrl. The first classroom is Jura class, which opened on 9 January 2017. The second classroom is the Alps class, which opened on 16 April 2018. The third classoom (for 6-9 years old) is the Lac Léman class, which opened on 21 August 2023.
Jura and Alps classes are located in Allée de la Petite Prairie 12-14, 1260 Nyon. Lac Léman class is 3 minutes away on foot in Chemin Falconnier 1 B-C.
The school is in close proximity to a big public park (Parc du Reposoir), where the children play during recess. The park is also used for our regular physical education activities every Friday.
The school is located in a safe residential neighbourhood, near vineyards and neighbouring parks.
